IMAD EDUSO (RTW & BRIDAL)

Our Commitment to Conscious Fashion
1. Localized Ethical Production

Imad Eduso proudly produces all garments in Lagos, Nigeria, intentionally supporting local tailors, artisans, and small-scale production houses. By centering our operations locally, we not only reduce the carbon emissions typically associated with overseas manufacturing but also contribute meaningfully to community development and skill-building in Nigeria’s fashion sector.
2. Waste Minimization Practices

We produce in small batches to avoid overproduction and manage inventory responsibly. Excess fabrics are creatively repurposed into accessories or responsibly donated to local initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to a more circular, less wasteful fashion system.
3. Ethical Labor Standards

We believe that fashion must first serve people. All artisans and production staff involved in the making of Imad Eduso pieces work under fair and safe conditions, are paid a living wage, and are respected as skilled contributors to our brand's success. We strictly oppose child labor and exploitation across every part of our supply chain.
4. Mindful Materials & Embellishments

Our garments are made with carefully selected fabrics such as satin, organza, lace, and tulle chosen for their elegance and ability to hold structure. Embellishments are sewn by hand, ensuring attention to detail, quality, and reduced machine dependency, all while preserving artisanal craftsmanship.
5. Community Empowerment & Female Advancement

As a female-led brand, we are committed to empowering women across our ecosystem from the women we dress to the women we employ. We actively support female education and employment through ongoing collaborations and internal policies that uplift women at every level.

Our Promise for the Future
At Imad Eduso, we believe sustainability is not a milestone, but a journey. Over the next 2 to 5 years, we are committed to making our practices even more transparent and impactful.

Our goals include:
Introducing fabric traceability and exploring eco-certified materials.
Transitioning to 100% recyclable or biodegradable packaging.
Publishing an annual sustainability report to track and share our progress.
Expanding our circular initiatives, including upcycling programs and resale platforms.
This is our evolving promise: to remain a brand rooted in purpose, audacity, and care. We will continue to create beautiful, bold pieces that honour our heritage, celebrate women, and contribute to a better, more sustainable future.
